Our latest project is a Aluminium ramp. A hotel in melbourne needed a ramp for trolleys to get over 2 steps.

We used 5mm thick Aluminium Tread plate for the top to give it grip. We also placed black/yellow safety strips on the sides of the ramp to minimize its trip hazard. Take a look at the collage below which shows the stages of the ramp being made.

Our latest project is a unique mobile esky cooler box. Our client manufactures ice cream and needed a large cooler to transport tubs of ice cream around his business.  

The entire box is constructed from 1.6mm thick Aluminium sheet. The walls, base and top are made from foam insulation sandwiched between two layers of aluminium sheet. There are four removable trays inside which altogether hold 30 standard ice cream tubs. There is a removable top lid which has two handles.

We put four castor wheels on the base and a very large handle to make moving it an ease as it will be holding approximately 150 kilograms of ice cream.

We now have in stock Corten steel sheet. Also known as Weathering steel, the sheet has a rusty finish which is very popular today in garden ornaments, sculptures, fences and gates. This material eliminates the need for any painting or surface protection. The outer layer of rust creates a corrosion-retarding effect which protects the sheet from deteriorating.

We have Corten in 2 sizes which we are able to cut and fold.
